Although children are exposed to various forms of media at an early age, integrating media literacy and an initial reflection on media usage in the classroom is challenging. This is what the MIA teaching aids series aims to counteract.
The MIA series stands out for its versatility and age-appropriate product forms. It consists of a box with a large poster, which is ideal for kindergarten classes. There's a sticker booklet with lovingly illustrated hidden object pictures for first and second-graders. Students can use stickers to complete the hidden object pictures when a task is completed. A comic book for third and fourth-graders completes the MIA teaching aids series.

In addition to these physical products, the associated websites offer a wide range of materials and assignment suggestions for teachers to use when preparing lessons. The goal is to facilitate a thoughtful and reflective approach to media use in the classroom, despite the challenges of incorporating it into traditional educational settings.
